Hello everyone!
Its been almost two months since my last competition -
Canadian Championships - and I am settled in to my summer
training. I always enjoy summer training and like to learn
new skills!! This past year has been very busy and exciting!
I had seven competitions and two training camps.
Now I am training six days per week, and twice a day during
part of the week. I'm doing lots of conditioning, cardio,
ballet/dance, and of course new skills. Unfortunately, I
still have a bit of schoolwork to finish off. (I do
homeschooling) but expect to be finished by next week. I
can't wait!!

I had a little holiday at the end of
June. My family and I went up to the Gulf Islands off the
coast of BC, where my grandparents live. I had lots of fun
on the beach and in the sun! We're also planning to take
some day trips and other fun things like a visit to the spa
for massage and manicure, and travelling to a lake resort
cabin for a weekend of fishing and outdoor activities. I
have also been doing some fun fitness activities, which is
part of our Wednesday training. Sometimes me and my
teammates go swimming, running, or bike riding. Today, after
morning workout, we climbed a mountain!! We did the
"Grouse Grind"- an hour + long hike up Grouse
Mountain. We had lots of fun but it was hard work! After we
finished hiking up, we took the skyride back down, went home
and I wrote two tests! I am so exhausted and stiff!

My little sister
Charlotte, and my older brother Owen are also busy with
their gymnastics training, and my parents are busy driving
us. Last Saturday was very exciting! Because our family
bought a lop eared baby bunny!! He is so cute and we decided
on the name- "Chester" (He is sitting on my lap
right now!) My cat doesn't know what to think of him, and is
quite scared of him!!
I am looking forward to an exciting summer, and upcoming
year!
